Eliza holds a BSc in Chemistry (University of Warwick) and MSc in Marketing (University of Manchester), blending analytical rigor with commercial acumen. As a Hogan®-certified assessor, she brings a data-driven, psychologically informed approach to identifying and developing exceptional leaders.
